We overcomplicate business with talk of strategy, tech stacks, and capital efficiency.

But strip it all down:

Customers decide if your product wins. Not your features. Not your pitch deck. People vote with their wallets.

Employees build (or break) the company. Hire wrong, watch things crumble. Hire right, they’ll carry you further than you imagined.

Relationships drive partnerships, funding, growth. That investor who believed early? That partnership that opened doors? All relationships.

The core isn’t strategy, tech, or capital.

It’s people.

Everything else is just infrastructure.
